At this time, I have availability for In person and Telehealth clients in Georgia. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Everything starts with you, it always did. Are ready to do the work to get what you want? Are you ready to free your mind and find peace with your past and create a new reality? If so, I can help you with the tools for healing from the past and forgiving yourself and others. Therapy is a process and it’s work but if you’re willing to take accountability to put yourself first and do the work needed to help you heal, resolve the past and love yourself then I’m willing to help you on your journey to peace.
I work with clients from all walks of life. I help guide clients to heal from past hurts….using an insight oriented and integrative approach. I meet with clients at whatever stage they are in life. I believe it is imperative to heal from past experiences by seeing it another way and understanding how you create your reality.
Establishing trust and safety are critical components we will work on in order to break the walls of resistance to vulnerability and create sustainable growth.
A little but about myself besides my profession. I am an African American woman from Detroit, MI. I am a wife and a mother. As a wife and mother, there are many challenges…multitasking, running a home, working, raising a family and many more. I know full well how challenging this can be. All this being said, I understand “Life” quite a bit. Given this opportunity, I can help guide and support you through your challenges to a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
