I am a Psychotherapist with 15 plus years of experience in the mental health field. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor, assisting new clinicians towards their licensing hours. My counseling experience has come from a variety of settings including outpatient, residential treatment, and substance use treatment centers.
I provide individual, family and relationship counseling for all. I have experience with adolescents and adults with various concerns, not limited to emotional distress, personal and career burnout, trauma history, anxiety, juvenile at risk behaviors, school behavioral concerns, cultural adjustment, and those dealing with relationship barriers.
I offer an open, client centered and solution focused approach to help assist individuals towards achieving their goals.
Counseling is not always easy, but if you are ready you may find that things in your life become more effortless and easier to manage with support.
