I work with individuals and couples who are ready to disrupt old patterns and make lasting progress toward their goals. I offer unique therapeutic support and perspective for Black modern professionals who also identify with Latinx, Caribbean, multi-racial, LGB, Queer, and/or Trans communities.
I hold sessions via a HIPAA-secure online video teletherapy platform.
As a recognized expert in the field, I have trained and presented to hundreds of clinicians across the country, including at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). I've served as a clinical supervisor at the Ackerman Institute and I'm also proud to have been featured as an expert in media, including NPR, Instagram, Bumble, and InStyle Magazine.
