Description
I offer support to those experiencing phase of life issues, transitions, school related challenges, issues related to work and relationships. Often these challenges bring about anxiety or depression for some and it is my goal to help you manage those feeling or symptoms and help you find day to day coping strategies that work for you.
Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and a strengths-based approach, I assist my clients in recognizing, identifying and embracing their strengths and abilities.
Finding the right therapist and building a relationship where you can feel comfortable and trusting of your therapist is key in this process. Please feel free to reach out to me for a free 15 minute consultation call.
It is my hope that in session as a client, you feel therapy is a safe space to be open, gain insight and ultimately empowered and you will then see things begin to change.
I am so glad that you are taking the time to seek some support and I look forward to supporting and encouraging you at this time.
