Many times these challenges bring about anxiety, depression or a desire for direction-which is all very common. It is my goal to help you manage those feelings and empower you to find coping strategies that work for you. I assist my clients in recognizing, identifying and embracing their strengths and abilities through a number of techniques utilizing a strengths based approach, CBT and DBT skills all while developing a strong therapeutic relationship.
