My goal is to provide support to aid in the personal development of the individual. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Client Centered Approach, Motivational Interviewing and a faith-based approach.

My Background:
I am passionate about helping individuals and empowering them to advocate for themselves. In working at a Substance abuse facility for a few years, I realized the need for Mental Health Counseling in addition to Substance Abuse Counseling. I obtained my Bachelorsdegree in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. In an effort to further advocate and help individuals manage having a dual diagnosis, I gained my Masters degree at Walden University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am of Caribbean descent aiming to help reduce the stigma of seeking Mental Health Services for my community and culture.
