Greetings, Beloved! This is the time for YOU! For so long, you’ve been longing to be seen and heard, to be respected, and to feel valued for what you are, and not just what you can do. You’ve been so busy with work, family, and social commitments that you’ve had to ignore the big pains and small hurts just to do all that needed to be done. It’s taken a toll though, even if nobody else can see it. But you’ve decided that it’s okay to prioritize your own health and wellbeing. You need and deserve more support, and this is your time to receive this. You’re ready to face the old wounds that have haunted you and to finally work through the issues that have kept you feeling stuck.
Congratulations on making yourself a priority! I am honored and would treasure the opportunity to work with you on your past struggles and your current challenges. My hope is to help you grow and heal in a space that is comfortable and validation—where you can bring your whole self and be understood just as you are. I can stand with you as you face the scary stuff from your past and the present., and we can work together to help you create a new experience for yourself in the future. I specialize in working with adults, and I am accepting new clients and couples, via telehealth with plans to return to in-person sessions at a later date. Our practice specializes in working with individuals and couples who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color as well LGBTQIA2+. I utilize a cultural intersectional lens in therapy to ensure that all of your identities are affirmed.
