My therapy approach is working with clients to resolve issues that effect their daily living. I use different psychological modalities such as positive psychology, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and existential therapy. My goal is to provide therapeutic support to my clients with constructive feedback. Helping clients with mental health disorders or helping clients to make healthy choices based on new insight has been very rewarding to my clients.
