Greetings! I am Crystal R Jackson founder and owner of Crystal R Jackson Healthy Lifestyle LLC. I have a bachelor's degree of science in psychology, a Master Degree of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently licensed as a professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have 8 years' experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, and adult's inpatient and outpatient services. My goal is to help clients learn skills to manage anxiety/ depression and, provide a warm therapeutic relationship that will stimulate healing. I provide a safe therapeutic environment where you can express your truth without judgment. As a team, you and I will work together to address the symptoms and develop positive coping strategies to utilize during challenging times. I provide direct care with individuals providing safe therapeutic, milieu, and crisis intervention.
I am also a certified clinical trauma Professional. (CCTP)
