As women we play so many roles and often have little time to care for our personal needs. This can become a way of being which often leads to feeling unfulfilled, drained, and stressed. When we create a healthy balance that includes our needs as priority, we experience more energy, more love, more joy, and a clearer sense of purpose.
I have 16 years of clinical experience in empowering women in the areas of emotional health and well-being. I am dedicated to collaborating with women to navigate mental health, address trauma, explore relationship concerns, increase self care practices, maneuver life transitions, and increase healthy mindset patterns, all while providing unconditional support and positive regard.

I approach therapy collaboratively, culturally, and holistically...mind, body, &spirit. Therefore, both integrative (ie mindfulness meditation, exercise, nutrition, prayer, etc) and traditional interventions are used and/or supported based on your specific needs and interests. I am a level 2 Reiki Practitioner and a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained therapist. In addition, I include a variety of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-based, and Solution focused approaches in a way that culturally and spiritually speaks to the concerns of my clients.
