Hello All!
My name is Crystal and I am a trauma informed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Virginia. I am passionate about helping couples and individuals achieve what they want out of their lives and relationships.
I provide support by helping clients work through their struggles with therapeutic and somatic techniques and practices relative to their situation. I encourage exploration of how past traumas can cause distress in our current lives and relationships. I strongly believe in collaborating with individuals on how they wish to best shape their lives and relationships based on their values.
I am EMDR trained and a certified facilitator for the PREPARE/ENRICH program.
