Description
Are you suffering from hopelessness, fatigue, irritability, excessive worrying, or lack of concentration? It takes courage to confront your past traumas and relational dysfunction. You are not alone on this journey; it is okay to seek help. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Masters of Distinction from Nyack College in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in various settings including hospitals and community mental health centers. I have also worked with seniors, adults, and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered approaches, which are useful in helping individuals through their healing process. I believe that by staying authentic and transparent, I can create an environment where individuals are validated and feel more secure in sharing their experiences.
Understanding the uniqueness of the individual, a collaborative approach is the best way to assist them in becoming the best version of themselves. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space as you strive for improved mental well-being on your healing journey!
