Effective therapy starts with a trusting relationship in a safe space where you feel understood and accepted. Sessions are designed to teach you how to take intentional steps to sustaining your own mental health.
My passion is helping people learn how to utilize skills to remain calm and focused. I assist individuals in developing meaningful and supportive relationships.
While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Expect counseling sessions to be different than the traditional talk sessions that you may be use to.
