Description
I strive to meet my clients where they are providing a nonjudgmental and safe space, while together we journey towards self-determined goals and positive change. I am passionate about empowering individuals to find the best within themselves to overcome life’s stressors and traumas. I am committed to creating individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of my clients by first focusing on strengths and utilizing an array of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.

I work with clients who experience emotional and or behavioral disturbances which include; however, are not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), trauma, school avoidance, self-esteem issues, life changes, emotional dysregulation, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors.
I earned my master’s degree in Social Work at Catholic University of America and am currently a Supervisee in Social Work.
