Description
My name is Crushonna Fason, and I’m a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and trust.
I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthy coping skills.
I also practice from a trauma-informed perspective, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can heal at their own pace and feel empowered to take charge of their growth.
