Through my experiences, I've learned the importance of giving oneself grace and the necessity of addressing and managing negative, thoughts. I am passionate about helping people focus on their mind-body connection. My goal is to support individuals in unlearning harmful patterns and beliefs and empowering them to prioritize their mental health and well-being. By doing so, I hope to foster a sense of resilience and self-care that enables them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
I utilize a collaborative approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, integrative modalities, creative processes and strength-based techniques to assist client’s with nurturing self-discovery, enhancing problem-solving skills, and building a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. With a blend of therapeutic insight and creativity I aim to empower clients to both look and feel their best, inside and out.
