Balance is difficult to establish and maintain, but thankfully healing isn't something we have navigate alone. Sharlita helps women +, process trauma to better understand their pain, tackle burnout, manage daily stress and thrive throughout the changes of life. Her goal is to listen to you, teach you, and encourage you, through providing psycho-education, teaching healing techniques, and holding space for open discussion and vulnerability.
Sharlita is a dedicated wellness practitioner with specialized experience supporting women +, ages 18-60. My approach is collaboration, which is client lead, client paced, and together we will uncover what inspires you, discover your inner strengths and collaboratively work together you can start living a life full of inspiration and fulfillment.
In session, Sharlita provides a variety of healing approaches that support mind and body healing and recovery. In her spare time, Sharlita enjoys travel, cross-fit, kayaking and cuddling up with a good book.
