As we move throughout our lives, there are instances in which we find ourselves experiencing feelings that can be hard to describe let alone understand. Anxiety, depression, mood changes, and self esteem issues are just a few of the elements we encounter in our quest to have a fulfilling life. Learning how to cope with or eliminate these feelings altogether is a daunting task but with the right effort and determination, the goal is attainable.
My clinical experience and continuous training have equipped me with the tools needed to assist clients reach their full potential. I have helped children, adolescents, adults and families with finding best practices tailored to their individual and group needs.
