Description
I’m Courtney (she/her), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and founder of Dahlia Bloom Therapy.
I’m a therapist who believes healing happens best in spaces that feel safe, human, and genuinely supportive. As your therapist I will meet you where you are while also helping you gently move forward. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you (because you’re not broken); it’s about understanding your experiences, building insight, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, eating disorders, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and caring people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, often while appearing “put together” on the outside. If you’re someone who wants to better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, we’ll likely be a good fit.
Working with me feels collaborative, supportive, and empowering. I balance empathy with gentle challenge, blending evidence-based practices with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. You can expect a space where you’re heard without judgment, encouraged to be honest, and supported at your own pace. We may laugh at times, sit with hard emotions at others, and always work together toward goals that feel meaningful to you.
At the end of the day, my goal is for therapy to feel like a place you can exhale. Where growth feels possible and you don’t have to do it alone.
