I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a National Certified Counselor, Certified Anger Management Specialist, Certified Grief Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I mostly utilized CBT techniques because I believe that retraining the brain is most beneficial when recovering and getting out of own way. I am trauma informed, compassionate, empathetic, and determined, to name a few words to describe me.
