Today is your ‘Day 1’. You are not defined by shortcomings, imperfections, or failures. Nor are you defined by what you do for others. You are inherently valuable how you exist today. If you are wanting to take your first step towards greater emotional stability and behavior change, we at (plural) psychotherapy are here to join you on your journey. More specifically, I am eager to team with you to help life feel lighter.
I primarily work with couples and individuals to help repair interpersonal conflict and heal from relationship betrayal, as well as addressing disordered eating/eating disorders, body image issues, addiction, compulsive disorders, and multicultural issues. If you’re also struggling with a Mood Disorder (e.g. depression, Bipolar Disorder, etc) or Anxiety Disorder (e.g. Generalized Anxiety, Social Phobia, etc), rest assured that I’m more than capable of helping you get closer to your desired state of peace. Know that the work we do will be CBT- and DBT-informed, while addressing the environmental factors that may be affecting you currently.
