Sometimes it may feel that there just aren’t enough hours in the day to achieve all of the tasks on your list. You may feel overwhelmed, discouraged or exhausted; and asking for help may be outside of your comfort zone. This is where I come in. I know how hard it may be to become vulnerable and to confront what may be weighing you down.
I offer a judgment and stigma-free atmosphere for my clients so that they are able to openly express themselves while processing their emotions at their own pace. I utilize a Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to best support, my clients, while they begin to uncover their feelings, truths, and needs.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Western Michigan University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. I work with adults only and specialize in women’s issues such as perinatal/ maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting difficulties, and body image difficulties. You are the expert for yourself and your experiences, I am here to listen. support and provide a safe environment. I am ready to meet you wherever you are and walk with you on your journey to mental wellness.
