I believe every person has the ability to live to their fullest potential. There is no limitation to what a person can do. We are all born as good people with specific talents and passion within us. But along the journey of life, we go through life experiences that makes us question our place in our family, in society and sometimes even our mere existence. When this happens, our mental health suffers and that is when we seek therapy. A trusting, supportive and non-judgemental relationship is the core foundation of therapy. As a person who has dealt with refugee migration, depression and grief, I found that the therapeutic relationship sets the tone for the healing journey. Supportive relationships and communities are vital to our health. I am an active member of the Black Lives Matters movement. I also engage in community outreach in local cities. If you’re ready to break free from depression, I want you to contact me or visit my website so that we can begin your healing journey together.
