Family Focus Therapy, LLC. is a safe space where you and your family can be vulnerable, uplifted and supported. You do not have to deal with the pressures of life alone. If you are feeling stressed, tired and overwhelmed with trying to balance everything on your own I will help you reduce the chaos and conflicts in your life.
As your therapist I will teach you new skills for overcoming your personal challenges, help you develop realistic and attainable goals, and actively work with you until you learn new tools for everyday living. I am comfortable working with clients of all backgrounds and diverseness. I work with teenagers 14+, adults, couples and families.
My therapeutic style is professional, relaxed, non-judgmental and REAL! I believe that everyone is capable of changing and improving their situations. I am committed to my mission which is to “Restore Relationships.” I believe the relationship we have with ourselves and others (family, friends, partners, etc.) is the key to achieving true happiness and joy.
