C. S. Lewis said- “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending”. I am a firm believer that as we walk through life, we are often twisted and discarded without a compass to guide us to normalcy. As a clinical therapist, I have learned people are expected to have all the answers and insight to life problems. We are told to always be “okay”, but I am here to remind you that it’s okay, to not be okay at times! Let’s learn how to navigate our lives for ourselves first and families second.
