C. S. Lewis said- “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending”. I am a firm believer that as we walk through life, we are often twisted and discarded without a compass to guide us to normalcy. As a clinical therapist, I have learned people are expected to have all the answers and insight to life problems. We are told to always be “okay”, but I am here to remind you that it’s okay, to not be okay at times! Let’s learn how to navigate our lives for ourselves first and families second. Your story is important, your “WHY” is important and understanding your purpose and sense of self is important. Let’s take a walk together and create a new puzzle that fits our personality!
