At times in our lives, we get to a point where everything just feels like it’s too much. Work and school are stressing you out. The pressure to do well and be present keeps you up at night. Feeling that you have no one to talk to because no one will understand. Not happy with your career/job but don’t know how to move on. Struggling to find where you fit in socially and feeling like you just never will. You don’t have healthy boundaries in your life and therefore, overextend yourself for the benefit of others and to the detriment of you. You look in the mirror and are not happy with what you see. Whether it’s school, work, relationships or life, you’re unhappy and just can’t see things getting better.
For 8 years, I’ve worked with individuals ages 16-35 to learn better coping strategies, set and practice healthy boundaries and live more fulfilling lives. I use the cognitive behavioral therapy approach as a basis to more easily tailor treatment planning to each client. I assist my clients in becoming the best version of themselves. Happiness is a journey that begins from within and every person deserves to be happy.
