Sometimes in life, because of hardships that we face or people that we are connected to, we lose focus on being the best version of ourselves, but through therapy we can explore that process. I have experience working with youth, individuals and families struggling with addiction and mending parental relationships because of addiction, trauma, family/relationship conflict, depression and life transitions. I can assist you through partnering with you in order to discover your most authentic self through honesty, genuineness, support and empathy.
Choosing to participate in therapy is a huge accomplishment! Often times in our society, we take pride in our physical health and/or appearance but neglect our mental health. The founder, Ciera Stewart is a lover of Jesus Christ and she believes that He has given her the ability to do this delicate yet enlightening work.
