I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and the owner of Saint's Health and Wellness, LLC. My educational background includes receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology, a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology (Counseling Practice), and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision (Ph.D). I work with individuals (18 years old and older) that reside in Illinois and Louisiana.
My clinical perspective allows me to view you as the expert of your challenges and life obstacles. Viewing you as the expert in your life and being able to relate, support, and advocate with you creates a safe therapeutic alliance allowing growth and promoting success. My specialties include trauma recovery, stress management, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, and life transitions.
