Have you ever felt helpless, hopeless, powerless, worthless, lost, alone or confused? How about angry, hurt, frustrated or sad? Then you are not alone. Counseling helped me and my family after a tragedy to redefine our journey and know that our story was not over. Strangely enough, because of this tragedy, I have learned to live in excitement of what the next page of my story will be. As a therapist, I now have the opportunity to help other people know their story is not over and help to write their next page.
I offer, only if requested, Christ-centered counseling tailored to those who desire a therapeutic experience aligned with bible based principles. I am formally trained as a Stephen Minister, laypeople who care for people by listening, caring, praying, encouraging, and offering emotional and spiritual support.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, children, corporate professionals, students, and seniors. I am frequently engaged in working with couples and families who desire to build, re-build and strengthen their relationships in a safe, non-judgmental space using a collaborative, team oriented approach to promote change.
