Are you feeling stuck, at a loss or not sure what direction you want your life to go in? I believe that we can change our lives and feel better if we’re willing to do some things differently. I know that change can be hard. I also know that the first step towards making changes is also the most difficult. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach to help folks make positive changes and navigate life transitions. I also help folks create an action plan to help map out steps to create positive life changes.
