I am trained in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and psychodynamic therapy. My training has helped assist many clients develop the skills necessary to manage strong emotional expressions, challenge irrational thoughts, and improve interpersonal functioning.
