I’m here to help equip you with the tools and support you need to cope. I am passionate about serving others and helping them achieve wellness holistically. I tailor sessions to each client's individual needs.
I believe that having faith in something greater than oneself can lead to lasting change. Faith and spirituality can be an important tool in the counseling process. Although my Christian faith is important to me, I respect those with other beliefs and only incorporate faith and spirituality at the client's request.
I typically work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, boundary issues, relationship problems, codependency, negative body image, life transitions, and marital conflict. I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH counselor for pre-marital and couples counseling. I am also Gottman Level 2 trained for marriage therapy.
