Whether you’re single, dating or married, relationships are dynamic or ever-changing. Families members, friends, co-workers, or children can add value to your life and can also add stress and concern. You are not the same person who entered into those relationships and neither are they. Together we can navigate what it looks like to be true to yourself, continue to grow and be in healthy relationships with others.
Sometimes we need to do the work to first uncover our wholehearted selves. This may mean working through grief, anxiety, depression or trauma. Sometimes it may be a life change, spiritual concerns or unhelpful patterns that are holding you back. Whatever may come up, you won’t have to journey through it alone. I will incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness approaches in our time together. Your wholehearted self and wholehearted relationships are within reach.
I have daytime availability for sessions, and I would love to offer a brief complimentary phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
