Relationships are an essential part of life. Family members, friends, co-workers, or children can add both beauty and stress to your life. You are not the same person who entered into those relationships and neither are they. Together we can navigate what it looks like to be true to yourself, continue to grow and be in healthy relationships with others.
Sometimes we need to begin by uncovering our wholehearted selves. This may mean working through grief, anxiety, depression or trauma. It may be life circumstances, spiritual concerns or unhelpful patterns that are holding you back. Whatever may come up, you won’t have to journey through it alone.
