It has been an honor to serve in the mental health space for over a decade assisting individuals in strengthening their power, elevating their relationships and increasing their fulfillment and purpose.
I have experience working in a variety of settings including acute inpatient, residential and outpatient facilities, delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations of clients ranging from the primary school aged to older adults. In my practice I use the foundations of cognitive therapy, humanistic therapy, and wellness and strength-based approaches. I have special interests in anxiety, depression, trauma and crisis counseling, bereavement, college counseling, addiction counseling, identity development, multicultural counseling, and professional advocacy.
I am passionate about the wellness of individuals as demonstrated through education, advocacy, and clinical service on a personal and professional level. Consistent in supporting clients in their lives from surviving to thriving and fostering emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing toward empowerment and healing.
