Are you tired of engaging in the same toxic thought pattern, behavior, or relationship? Have you logically been able to recognize the desire to change your circumstances, but somehow you find yourself in the very same predicament you attempted to avoid? Unresolved conflicts in the past can often cause distress in the present without you being consciously aware of it. By primarily utilizing a psychodynamic treatment approach, I help individuals identify and connect their thoughts, feelings, and dreams to promote a lasting change in their lives.
I have extensive experience in working with those who struggle to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I specialize in working with adult survivors of primary caregiver trauma, individuals who have chronic medical conditions/chronic pain, and those with LGBTQ concerns. I have a post graduate certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
My office is secure, handicap-accessible, and conveniently located in Richmond Heights. There is also free covered parking for all patients. In addition to face to face counseling, I offer telehealth services via a HIPPA protected video platform.
