I am a certified School Counselor with an emphasis on Community Mental Health, specializing in trauma informed care. I provide a non-judgmental, unbiased, safe space to allow you to express and explore your feelings and thoughts. I pride myself on exploring the reasons and solutions with clients when it involves self-doubt, anxiety, stress, anger management, lack of social skills, childhood trauma, or navigating through life’s complex transitions (quarter or mid life crisis, grief, divorce, unhealthy patterns, parenting, new settings, etc.).
