I have provided many specialized therapeutic services to various populations including private clients in the clinic setting, entertainment professionals, education, and child welfare. As a therapist, I passionately bring awareness to mental health in marginalized communities and working on dismantling the stigma of therapy.

I am currently offering treatment modality of individual therapy by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach of Psychodynamic and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I provide services to clients who face challenges with the following: anxiety, depression, racial trauma, relationship issues, divorce, unemployment, grief and loss, stress, self-esteem, spirituality, eating disorders, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, school issues, coping skills, trauma, and family conflict, etc.
