Now accepting clients in person in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Have you been struggling with anxiety and a feeling of being overwhelmed? Working with me, I will get to know you and help you feel as though you can handle whatever comes up for you each day. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been working in the private practice setting over the last two years. I specialize in working with people ages 12-35. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a rapid eye-movement therapy. I do ART with adults ages 18-99. I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
