In my experience, I have learned that “hitting rock bottom” does not mean the end of your life, but rather a chance to rebuild your life the way you want it. Life can get stressful and often leave one “suffocating” from the pressure. It is in those moments that you may need someone to stand in the chaos with you and help you rebuild. Life involves learning and "unlearning" ideals, habits, and ways of thinking. I have an integrated theoretical approach to meet the needs of my clients, however my primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral.
When people are cognizant of how their thoughts influence their feelings and behavior, they will be able to make the necessary changes in their thoughts to resolve problems. I have experience working with children and adults in individual and group settings. Some of my interests include grief/loss, depression, trauma, anxiety, generational cycles, life transitions, and substance abuse.
I would love to partner with you on your journey to healing. Contact me for an appointment today.
