I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (NC), Licensed Professional Counselor (SC), a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I graduated from Montreat College, in Charlotte with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have over 10 years experience working with adolescents, adults, & abused/neglected children. I was also the liaison for Union County Department of Social Services and the FBI in regards to Human Trafficking.
I have experience working with Adolescents and Adults (15+) and working with multicultural clients from all socioeconomic backgrounds. My experience includes working with clients with issues involving addiction, trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression. I utilize an eclectic approach including CBT, Traditional Talk Therapy, and Trauma Informed Approaches.
I am client centered and believe that each client is unique as are their life and their issues. My eclectic approach is specific to the needs of each individual client which allows me to meet each person where they are walking along side them on their journey.
