My name is Dr. Chasity Carswell. I have been a Nurse Practitioner for the past 8 years mostly working in psychiatry. I am also a Family Nurse Practitioner. I received my Doctorate of Nursing Practice specializing in psychiatry in 2019. I have a strong mental health background and love what I do. I work with the client as a team to formulate a treatment plan that works.
