Hello, my name is Charmecia. I am a licensed professional counselor. I am passionate about helping tweens, teens and young adults connect with their inner strengths to find a way forward. The majority of my practice focuses on managing stress and anxiety, healing developmental trauma, and navigating all the “firsts” of this season of life. My approach is eclectic; pulling from neuroscience, relational and emotion-focused knowledge. I tailor my approach to fit the needs of the people I work with.
