Being a woman is wonderful but it can also come with years of self-doubts, low self-esteem, traumas, and constant stress that can lead to anxiety and/or depression. It can make you want to crawl into a hole and disappear.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. Together we will explore your experiences in a safe space. I work with you to reduce the mental and physical effects of living a stressful life. So that you gain the confidence to determine your own identity and live the life you desire and deserve.
My approach includes using traditional therapeutic approaches as well as clinical hypnotherapy, yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
