I am currently only offering telehealth sessions during COVID-19.
I help adults to find peace through prioritizing self-care, overcoming shame and embracing authenticity. Sometimes when we were working so hard towards our goals and/or working towards taking care of everyone and everything else that we forget ourselves. Or sometimes we are so absorbed with everyone else's needs that we don't even know what we need for ourselves. I provide a warm, nurturing environment to help you feel supported to sort it out, discover who you truly are and learn how to show up fully and authentically, unapologetically!
My process involves holding space for them to process, gain perspective and learn tools to help navigate some of life’s challenges. I specialize in combining talk and mindfulness strategies to treat depression, anxiety and address trauma.
I realize that finding the right therapist can be taxing, so I offer a free phone/video consultation to connect and for us to see how I can support you. My goal is to help clients feel seen and heard and get the insight to be able to embrace "the now", challenge their “inner critic” and live life feeling more liberated and at peace.
