My therapy style integrates talk therapy with mindfulness and mindset strategies to help clients heal through the mind-body connection. Once we can gain clarity in our thoughts, we can exercise the courage to prioritize what is important, which is our self-care and wellbeing. My personal philosophy is that self-care isn’t selfish. It is necessary for us to practice individually as we strive to become a better collective.
