I use an integrative and customized approach to therapy which may include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Family Systemic and Humanistic and Experiential Therapy techniques, and I am also certified in hypnotherapy which is beneficial for a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and weight loss and smoking cessation. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich Relationship Assessment Facilitator.
