Description
Hello,
I am Charlece "Charlie" Bishop and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion to help create change in you. I have worked with clients who had issues transitioning into corporate America, relational or marital issues, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I also helped people struggling with control and using their voice.
My approach to therapy is empathetic and straight-forward. I aim to create a safe space for you to be vulnerable while learning skills to create change. I believe that change comes in the form of desire and dedication met with thoughts and emotions. My clients often enter therapy for the first time confused, and don't know how to handle life. I will teach you how to manage and cope with chaos, process childhood memories, and work through the uncomfortable emotions. Upon receiving a collaborative treatment plan, clients will have a road map to steer them through their therapeutic journey.
Use me as a resource to release your thoughts, emotions, and feelings while learning new techniques to cope with life's hardships. Think of therapy with me as a safe space to sort through thoughts and emotions you have difficulty with on your own. I am inviting you take a leap of faith and do something different by engaging in your journey to create change in you.
