By applying effective therapy approaches, we will look at behavioral and thought patterns that may be holding you back from living the life you want. I provide a safe and confidential environment to meet each person’s needs.
I specialize in relationships, women’s issues, stress management, anger management, depression and anxiety. Sessions are available on Mondays (day and evening) and Saturday mornings with adults (18 and over).
