I offer anti-oppressive trauma and anxiety therapy. Therapy can include EMDR and aims to be creative and somatic. Somatic meaning focused on and learning from our bodies in order to heal. Creative meaning sessions can include dance, song, art, creative writing, or movement in order to achieve our goals. I honor that you are the expert on your culture and history and I am simply facilitating a journey towards living a fuller life as your authentic self.
