Transition, trauma, and transformation are my specialties. Life transition, career transition, transition in relationships, racial trauma, the trauma of loss, sexual assault trauma, imposter syndrome, and personal transformation. Much comes with each and using the mind, body, soul connection I support you in finding healing, and a new sense of being.
I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor and have a Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and RYT-500. Additionally, I am currently an advanced standing student in a Depth Psychology Ph.D. program, a Certified Brainspotter, and an Integral Somatic Psychology Practitioner.
Healing is done in connection with others through embodied connection, awareness, and meaning or faith. Together through connection, you can bring healing into your life.I believe we all innately have what we need to heal, to grow, or to transform, all we need is a witness or present non-judgmental support.
