At times life can be down right hard. It becomes hard to manage how you feel and how you sometimes respond. Crying easily, worrying and feeling alone, angry, overwhelmed and sad are all common signs of depression and anxiety.

I want you to know you are not alone. I am here to support you and help you through such a challenging time. It is my desire to assist you in learning how to respond appropriately to triggers for better emotional control and to address unresolved trauma that has left you feeling low, empty, and ashamed. I will incorporate biblical/Christian principles, if requested.
