Description
Georgia O'Keeffe once said, "To create one's own world in any of the arts takes courage." As both an art therapist and counselor, I understand the courage it takes to create a better life for yourself using comprehensive mental health care.
I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues; utilizing a psychodynamic approach with a focus on attachment, Internal Family Systems (Level 1) and mindfulness practices. In addition, the art making and creative processes provide a holistic approach to personal expression, growth and development.
My philosophy is that in order to begin healing your mind and body, a person must connect to their truest Self. That takes courage! The therapeutic process can be challenging but you aren't alone. Together, if you're willing to work, we can make a difference in your life!
